If the said balance is not paid 28 days prior to arrival the owner is at liberty to treat the booking as cancelled. In this situation the deposit will be forfeited.<\/p>\n

The Cottages will be available from 4.00pm on your arrival day and vacated by 10am on your day of departure.\u00a0 Each Cottage is to be occupied by no more than the maximum 6 guests and 2 dogs.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
If you need to cancel your booking, you should advise us accordingly and confirm in writing.\u00a0 If you need to cancel your booking once your balance has been paid and we are successful in re-letting the Cottage\/s for the cancelled dates, only then will a refund of your balance (less any deposits) be repaid.\u00a0 We recommend you take out Holiday Insurance to cover such events.<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong><\/p>\n You undertake to keep the furniture, fixtures and effects in and on the property in a good a condition as they are at the commencement of your holiday and undertake to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness as at the start of your holiday.\u00a0 For the comfort of future guests, we request no dogs on the beds and sofas.\u00a0 We operate a Non-Smoking policy<\/strong> which also includes the use of vaping materials and e-cigarettes. You will be financially liable for any damage to the contents or property.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n You will permit us to enter and inspect any Cottage you book as we may require.\u00a0 If any such Cottage is damaged, you will immediately advise us and if it is reasonable for such damage to be required you will permit us and any workmen duly authorised by us to undertake the repairs, allowing any reasonable access.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 3.<\/strong><\/p>\n You acknowledge that we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, sickness or injury, you or any member of your party may suffer or sustain, including but without imposing ang limitation on such liability, any such loss or damage to any car its contents or other possessions of yours or any member of your party or invited guests.\u00a0 In making the booking you further agree to indemnify and keep us in indemnified from and against all costs, charges, claims or demands made against us for any such loss, damage, sickness or injury.<\/p>\n Please consider all other Cottage guests while still enjoying your stay, any person(s) continually behaving in a manner that causes offence or damage to other guest’s property or the Cottages themselves, or their surroundings will result in the entire party being asked to leave their property.
